cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
1 cup water
cup peanut butter
cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil (optional)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste

Directions:

Combine ginger, water and soy sauce in small pan, bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove
from heat and chill.
Add other ingredients and stir well to combine. Stir in additional water to thin, if necessary.
