3 pounds broccoli florets
2 pounds cauliflower flowerets
for the dressing
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup cider vinegar or white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil optional
1 tablespoon oil 2 Tbs if not using sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
to taste salt and pepper
¼ cup sesame seeds toasted

Directions:

Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in rapidly boiling salted water until crisp-tender and refresh in ice
water until thoroughly chilled. Drain water.
Combine tahini, vinegar, oil(s), soy sauce and sugar until well blended.
Toss vegetables in dressing no more than 1/2 hour before serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
before serving.
