1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Sticks butter
1/2 Cup chopped nuts

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 8oz. tub cool whip
1 Cup powdered sugar

3 packages instant pudding (any flavor)
4 Cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flour, butter and nuts together with 2 forks or a pastry blender. Pat into the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar together and spread on cooled crust.

Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Let cool completely in refrigerator. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Mom Robey made this a lot for parties and "company" dessert. Grandpa Robey liked it made with pistachio pudding but I think chocolate or butterscotch is better.
