10 small flour tortillas
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 whole shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese - shredded
3 tablespoons butter
4 ounce can diced green chillies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheese. Fill tortillas with the mixture and roll each one then place in a greased 13x9 pan. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in flour into the melted butter and whisk for 1 minute over heat. Add broth and whisk together. Cook over heat until it thickens and bubbles. Take off heat and add in sour cream and chilies. Pour mixture over enchiladas and add remaining cheese on top. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes till browned and heated thoroughly.
