2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 container of grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
1 can of sliced black olives (or kalamata), drained and rinsed
red onion, sliced thin
cup of sliced pepperoncinis (optional)
cup of crumbed feta cheese
Red wine vinegar (enough to fill about half way up the vegetables)
Pepper
