4-6 Cubed Steaks
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
flour
1 1/2 c milk
vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a plate and season well with salt and pepper. Coat each steak in the plate of flour. Heat oil in frying pan (preferably cast iron) over medium high heat until browned and blood cooked out. Put steaks in crock pot. Mix mushroom soup and milk, season well with salt and pepper. Pour over steaks in crock pot. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or low 5-6 hours.
