2 pounds ground beef
1 package taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons)
3/4 cup water
2 cups bisquick
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
4 ounce can green chilies

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Brown beef until no longer pink, add taco seasonings and 3/4 cup water, let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheese and half of the onion, mix and set aside. In another bowl, mix together the bisquick and 1 cup water to make a soft dough, press dough into the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of the greased baking dish. Sauté remaining onion and green pepper until slightly tender, on top of the biscuit, layer the remaining ingredients in this order, ground beef, diced tomatoes, red peppers and onions, green chilies, sour cream mixture and remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
