8 slices Swiss cheese

4 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:
Mix melted butter and mustard, spread on bread slices. Put ham and cheese together like a sandwich. Cut sandwich into quarters in an X pattern (they lay flatter). Line point side up in 9 x 13 baking dish. Beat together eggs and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight or at least two hours. Bake at 350 - 40 minutes. If using a disposable foil pan, bake for an hour (things cook much slower in them).
