2 1/2 to 3 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbs. Dry Yeast
1 c. Warm Water (120­130 degrees)
1 Tbs. Oil
1 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Egg­-Water mix
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups flour and dry yeast in mixer bowl. Add water, oil,
sugar, and salt. Mix well. Gradually add remaining flour until
dough cleans the sides of the bowl. Knead 3 to 4 min.
Lightly oil hands and countertop. Roll dough into a 7x10 inch
rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 18
strips 1/2 inch wide and 7 inch long. Roll each strip into an 8 inch
rope. Place 1/2 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Brush each
stick with egg-­water mix, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise
until almost double, 15-­20 min.
