1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1- #303 can of fruit cocktail
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In a different bowl, beat egg well. Add 2 tbsp. fruit cocktail juice to the egg (maybe a little more). Add this to the dry ingredients. Mix and add the fruit cocktail. Bake in 8 1/2"x12" pan. Top with 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. nuts. Bake at 300º for 50 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip when cooled.
