2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
4 burritos size tortillas
2-3 T. melted butter
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Puree drained tomatoes and pour into a medium mixing bowl. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir in shredded chicken. Season mixture with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Soften tortillas in microwave by placing damp paper towel over and microwaving 15-20 seconds. Place handful of cheese over each tortilla and top with 1/4 of chicken mixture. Fold bottom up, fold in sides, Place on baking sheet and brush with butter. Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and garnish as desired.
