2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 T. ketchup
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground turkey
4 slices Monterey jack cheese
4 buns
turkey bacon, cooked
lettuce leaves
Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet saute onion and garlic until tender. Transfer to a bowl, cool. Mix in ketchup, soy sauce, mustard and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture, mix well and shape into patties. In same skillet cook burgers, season with seasoned salt. Top with cheese, melt. Serve on buns with bacon.
