2 cans of tuna fish
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. oats (whole or quick cooking depending on how much moisture you are working with)
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
Dash of salt
Oil for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Open and drain canned tuna. Add tuna to a bowl and break up with a fork. Add oats, eggs, onion and spice and mix well.
Heat up frying pan with oil.
Shape tuna into patties about the size of the palm of your hand. Fry until golden brown then flip and fry other side of patty until golden.
