1 - 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts, cut in half or tenderloin size
A sleeve of buttery Club crackers, crushed finely
Kraft Parmesan shredded cheese
1 stick of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up chicken breast pieces in a glass casserole dish. Sprinkle the crushed Club crackers over all of the chicken pieces, covering entirely. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and crackers in liberal amounts. Melt the stick of butter/margarine, and spread over the chicken. Bake uncovered in 350º for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken tests done. This dish goes well with Cheesy Hash Brown Potato casserole.
