1 Gal. green tomatoes, washed, and diced
1 c. salt
1 Qt. bell peppers, diced
1 c. hot peppers, cut large
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. black pepper
1 Qt. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt over tomatoes, and let stand 3 hours. Drain. Do not wash. Have vinegar, sugar and black pepper boiling. Add chopped vegetables and cook until color changes, but not over 15-20 minutes. Lift from bottom of pot as mixture begins to cook. Put in hot jars and seal.
