2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup very soft butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, grease 9X13 baking pan.
In large bowl, combine flour cocoa, baking powder,salt, baking soda and sugar.
Blend well. Add butter, milk and vanilla, beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
Beating, add eggs one at a time, scrap down the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat for 2 mins.
Bake for 30 mins, test with a toothpick.
