1 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 jar caramel topping
12 oz. Cool Whip
crushed nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos, add softened butter. Pack on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Soften ice cream and put on top of Oreos. Spread caramel topping over ice cream. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.

Freeze and cut into squares to serve.
