cooked rice for 4 people
1 lg. onion diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
chunk Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion, bell pepper, and celery in a little oil, slowly for 15 minutes with lid on stirring occasionally and watering so it doesn't burn. Add mixture to rice with tomato sauce and a chunk of Velveeta cheese heat until cheese melts.
