1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
16 oz. can tomatoes
water as needed
28 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. package shells

Filling:
1 1/12 lb. cottage cheese
nutmeg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Dollop of natural yogurt and ricotta cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 10x15 pan.

Sauce:
Brown beef.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Longer if you want your house to smell nice longer.
Pour into pan.

Prepare shells according to package instructions.

Filling:
Mix it all together.
Stuff the shells and nestle them into pan.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
