1 tarta refrigerado ablandada (15 oz.)
1 tz queso mozzarella rallado, dividido
1 8 oz. crema de queso rebajado, ablandada
1 huevo
2 cda de arina
2 dientes de ajo, picados
1/4 tz de albahaca fresca, picada
3 tomate perita, rojadas finas
2 cda de queso de parmesano

Directions:
Calienta el horno a 400 grados. Desarrollan corteza, pulse en fondo de una bandeja de pan o pastel tarta. Pica la parte inferior de la corteza. Pongan lo al horno por 10-12 minutos o hasta que este dorado. Saca lo del horno agrea 4 oz del mozzarella y ponalo un lado. Combina el queso cremado, huevo, arina, y el ajo y mezcla lo hasta que este suave. Agrega el resto de el mozzarella y albahaca y mezcla lo bien. Aplica la mezcla de queso sobre la corteza. Los tomates finos se areglan sobre la mezcla de queso en un patro circular para cubrir el queso. Polvoriza el queso parmesano. Regresa al horno por 18-20 minutos hasta que se derita el queso y la corteza este dorada. Despues dejalo sentar por 5 minutos.
