4 C. lece descremada
2 platanos medianos
2 tsp. cacao sin azucar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combina la mitad de cada ingrediente en la liquadora.
2. Hasta que lo ve suave.
3. Repite paso 1 y 2 con los ingredientes que sobran.
4. Se puede servir en una cascara de coco hueco or vaso y con un popote.


Consejo: Corta los platanos en pedacitos para que se mezclan bien.
