1 lb. liver
1 medium onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2 C. flour
1/2 C. cold water
4 quarts beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Chop liver and onion finely or put through food grinder. Add flour, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, nutmeg, eggs, and cold water and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling beef broth. Cook for about 15 minutes.
