6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 T. cumin
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups frozen corn
1 16 oz. salsa
1/2 cup chicken stock
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and cumin. Place in slow cooker. Add beans, salsa, chicken stock and corn. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Add cream cheese and cook on high for another 1/2 hour. Serve with southwest fixings, avocado, cheese, sour cream, cilantro and scallions. Great over rice!.
