1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. soft oleo
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with other ingredients & pour into a greased 9x12 inch cake pan.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 minutes.
