1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
5-7 drops green food coloring
2 T brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts, set aside. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Pour 1/4 dough into pan. Sprinkle remaining dough and rest of sugar mixture. Run Knife through dough in pan and swirl. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes. This recipe makes two loaves.
