12 corn tortillas (fried)
1 head lettuce (chopped fine)
1 lb. hamburg (fried)
2 tomatoes and 1 onion (diced)
1 lb. Colby cheese (grated)

SAUCE:
2 can tomato paste
2 cans water
1/4 cup diced minced onion
2 T chili powder
1 T oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Have ready the tortillas, lettuce, hamburg, onion, tomato and cheese.

Sauce: Simmer the ingredients for the sauce until thick. Layer the ingredients in a pan in the following order: 6 T of sauce, 4 tortillas spread to cover pan, hamburg to cover, a handful each of lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese. Repeat twice - pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Serve with remaining lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
