2 chicken breasts (cut in small pieces)
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
2 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
3 3/4 cup Water
2 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon (or 6 cubes)
1 lg. Onion (Cut into wedges)
2 cups Celery (Cut crosswise)
2 cans Chinese or chop suet vegetables
1 can Sprouts (or 1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts)
1 can Water Chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and oil in a small bowl. Place chicken in skillet and cover with cornstarch mixture. Let chicken stand for 10 minutes then brown in skillet. In large saucepan combine water and bouillon, add browned meat mixture, scraping pan to get any pieces out. Boil and simmer for 1 hour (covered). Add onion and celery, cook 10 minutes. Add Chinese Vegetables, sprouts, and water chestnuts, stir. Mix cornstarch and water at your own consistency to thicken sauce in chow win. Serve over crunchy noodles, and/or rice.
