1/2 lb. softened sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 cup flour
Dash cayenne
25 large pitted ripe or stuffed green olives, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put cheese and butter in blended container; cover and run on high until smooth. Add flour and cayenne; cover and run on low until blended. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula. Push the cheese mixture out of container onto a sheet of waxed paper. Wrap about 1 tbsp. of the mixture around each olive, completely covering it. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
