Bell pepper
Onions
1 pound ground chuck
3/4 C ketchup
2 T mustard
2 T sugar
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onion and bell pepper - set aside
2. Brown meat and drain.
3. Add onion and bell pepper to meat
4. in a bowl mix ketchup, mustard, sugar, and vinegar
5. Pour mixture over meat and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes
