2 lbs. ground chuck
2 lbs. onions (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 each red, yellow, orange peppers (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter
1 64oz. bottle V-8 juice
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
2 cans red beans
1 can light red kidney beans
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground chuck, onion, peppers in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer 45 minutes.

When you reheat chili if there is a oily sheen skim that off.
