Beat for half hour:

2 Eggs
1/2 C. sugar or sugar substitute
Salt ( you decide)
1/2 tsp. Paprika

Add:

1/2 C. tomato paste
1/4 C. vinegar
2 C. vegetable oil
1 tsp. grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat thoroughly in mixer for at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes. Consistency will thicken. Refrigerate.

Nybo's was a restaurant in Red Wing Minnesota. Grandma got the recipe for the salad dressing out of them because they liked it so much. I did too.
