1-1/2 c white sugar
1 c margarine
1 c sour cream
2 eggs
2/3 c orange juice
4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 T orange peel

Frosting:
1/4 c margarine, melted
2 c powdered sugar
1 T grated orange peel
2-3 T orange juice

Directions:
Cookies: Mix cookie ingredients and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-11 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting: Mix margarine, powdered sugar, orange juice and orange peel until smooth.
