8 slices cubed bread
1# breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 Cups fresh mushrooms, sautéed
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
2 1/2 Cups milk
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in bottom of a greased 9X13 baking dish.
Layer sausage, mushrooms and cheese over bread.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over the casserole.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight to set the custard. (Egg mixture)
Mix soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour over casserole.
Top casserole with mix of bread crumbs and butter.
Bake at 350 for one hour until brown and bubbly.
