2lb. baby red potatoes
3/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain; toss with 1/4 c Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Press 1/4 inch thick with a drinking glass. Bake on lined baking sheets at 400ºuntil crisp, 25 minutes. Puree basil, garlic and 1/2 c. Olive Oil; drizzle over potatoes
