2 libras de papas cortadas en cubitos
1 cebolla mediana cortada en cubitos
1 aji verde o rojo picado en cubitos
1 libra de carne molida cocida
1 cucharadita de mantequilla
2 tazas de agua
Salpique sal, ajo,y oregano al gusto

Directions:
En una olla grande, derita la mantequilla y cocine la cebolla y aji picados (anada ajo fresco si desea) sobre fuego mediano. Cuando las cebollas estan doradas anada las papas, carne molida, y agua. Cocine a fuego alto y cocine por 20 minutos. Revuelva a menudo. Anada sal y oregano revolviendo hasta que las papas se pongan suave. Si gusta puede anadir salsa de tomates con el agua.
