1 libra de carne molida
1/2 libra de carne de salchicha
1 cebolla blanca mediana
1 aji campana roja
1 lata de frijoles colorado claro
1 lata de frijoles colorado oscuros
1 lata de frijoles Negros
1 lata de tomates picados en cubitos
1 lata de salsa de tomates
3 cucharadas de polvo de Chili
1 cucharada de azucar
2 cucharadas de comino
1 cucharada de ajo
1/2 cucaradita de pimienta roja crujida
1/2 cucharadita de sal

Directions:
Directions:
Dore la carne picada y la carne de salchicha; anada cebollas picadas y aji rojo. Escurra la grasa y pongala en la cacerola. Agrege las latas de frijoles con sus jugos, cubitos de tomates, y salsa de tomates. Anada todos los condimentos, revuelvalos, y pongale la tapadera. Dejelo cocinar a fuego alto por 4 horas.
