4 pork chops
salt
pepper
milk (see note)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped or onion powder to taste
4 potatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops. Blend soup and milk in a casserole dish. Layer onions and potatoes, salt, pepper, and soup mixture. Top with chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.

Note: too much milk tends to give a clabbered taste. Use just enough to cover bottom of pan.
