3 lbs. ground beef
1 can light kidney beans
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can hot chili beans
1 can mild chili beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel
1 can chunky tomato sauce, chili style
1 can beer
1 pkg. McCormick's Chili Seasoning
1 pkg. McCormick Hot Chili Seasoning
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. hot ketchup
1/2 c. cayenne pepper sauce

Directions:
Cook ground beef, green peppers and onions in skillet until meat is browned. Drain grease. Put meat and all ingredients in stock pot. Cook on medium heat for 45-60 minutes.
