1. Rinse a quart bowl (Glass or plastic – not metal) with scalding water and dry.
2. Mix ingredients in bowl
a. 2 cups flour
b. 1 packet active dry yeast
c. 2 tbsp. sugar
3. Add
a. 1 ½ - 2 cups warm (110 F degree) water – enough to make thick batter
b. Stir enough to break up lumps
c. Let stand in warm place for a couple of days until bubbly.
