Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
3 oz. of cream cheese (I like to use more like 5 or 6 oz.)
2 T melted margarine or butter
2-3 packages crescent rolls
¼ c. melted margarine or butter
1 c. ritz cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour or fry chicken on pan. Cut chicken into small chunks or shred chicken. Mix together chicken, cream cheese, and 2 T of melted margarine (Add about ¼ to ⅓ cup chopped or shredded onions if desired). Roll out each crescent roll, fill with a large spoonful of chicken mix, and roll up. Roll filled roll in melted butter and then in crumbs. Spread out completed rolls on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins.

Gravy:
Heat on stove two cans of cream of chicken soup mixed with one can of milk. Pour hot mixture onto cooked rolls as a gravy.

**Can also be made with 2 (12.5 oz) cans of canned chicken
