5-6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
<1/2 of an onion, grated
1/3 c sour cream
1/2 can (cream of chicken soup can) of milk
2 T butter, melted
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
>1/2 c more cheddar cheese
2 c corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cube of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes with skins on for 45 minutes or until skin starts to crack. Take off heat and run under cold water. Peel skins off and cut up into 1/2 in. cubes. In separate bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, grated onion, sour cream, milk, melted butter, and cheddar cheese. Spread potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour mixture over potatoes and lightly stir. Layer >1/2 c cheese. Spread crushed corn flakes combined with 1/2 cube melted butter over the top. Cover in tin foil and bake for 45-60 min.
