1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. sour milk
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c.s flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time and beat. Add mashed bananas. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. May add nuts if desired.

Bake slowly for 1 hour at 325º in a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
