2 large tomatoes
2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons to a 1/4 cup feta cheese
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
garlic salt or onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half crosswise, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt. In a separate dish, combine bread crumbs, butter, cheese, herbs, and pepper. Spoon mixture on top of tomatoes. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
