5 to 6 boneless pork chops,
1 cup of flour,
4 teaspoon Paprika,
3 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 lemon juiced
1 small finely chopped onion
2 cups milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour (one cup), paprika, salt and pepper together and dredge chops and cover both sides and place into a lightly greased baking dish
Melt butter add flour (1/2 cup) stirring to mix well (you are making a roux)
add lemon juice, onions and milk stir until well mixed and smooth.
Pour this over your chops .
Place in oven uncovered for one hour or until golden brown and chops are tender!
