2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 can corn
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 jar salsa
1 pkt. taco season
1 8oz packet cream cheese (optional)

Directions:
Crock pot Mexican chicken....put 2 whole boneless chicken breast in crock pot...add 1 can corn....1 can black beans rinsed...1 jar salsa...1 packet taco seasoning..cook on low 8 hours...shred chicken..add packet cream cheese if desired..serve over rice..yummy and easy.
