Ingredients:  
1 1/2 T olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 small red pepper, diced
2 large cloves garlic, minced
Large pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 branch fresh rosemary (or dried)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can garbanzo beans
3 c chicken stock
1 T red wine or balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and sautee veggies and rosemary. Add tomatoes and juice, cook 3 minutes. Add garbonzo beans and stock. Heat to boil. Add remaining ingredients.
