4 1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. chocolate bar, grated
2 pkgs. chocolate chips
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in saucepan. Boil 10 minutes.
2. Stir in vanilla
3. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour hot ingredients over chocolate - marshmallow-nut mixture. Beat until completely melted together.
4. Pour onto lightly greased jelly-roll pan.
5. Cut and store in covered tins.
