Ingredients:	Ingredients: DOUGH: ½ cup shortening ½ cup margarine 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Large can of peaches, drained FILLING/CUSTARD: 3 cups cream 6 eggs 2 Tbsp. flour 1¼ cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Mix together all dough ingredients. This dough will be sticky so use a spoon to spread in a cookie sheet (jelly roll) pan. Arrange fruit of your choice on top of the dough. Filling/Custard Ingredients: Mix well and pour over fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until the custard is set.
