1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 3 oz. pkgs. oriental flavor instant ramen noodles, broken up
16 oz. frozen vegetable mixture (broccoli, carrots, red peppers & water chestnuts)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. thinly sliced green onion

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add ground turkey, cook 8-10 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Season with one seasoning packet from the oriental noodles, bouillon cubes, garlic powder soy sauce and pepper. Remove from skillet. Place noodles in skillet. Add vegetable mixture, 2 cups water, ginger and remaining seasoning packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.Return turkey to skillet, heat through. Stir in green onion.
