2 T. butter
4 c. canned corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sweet onion
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/4 c. green onion, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 8 oz. bag cheddar jack cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all veggies and seasonings in butter until soft, then mix in mayo and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
